We focus on providing a continuum of support for mainstream and early-risk families in the areas of marriage, divorce and family counselling support. This is delivered through close partnerships with social service agencies and stakeholders, in building strong marriages and families in Singapore. Reporting to the Assistant Director, you will be part of the Family Support Division ("FSP") team responsible for the Family Assist Portal and related systems development projects that support the implementation of our programmes. You will be a product manager for Family Assist Portal. Product Management and Operations • Conduct research and service journeys, and develop a comprehensive roadmap to better serve families facing relationship stressors through Family Assist Portal • Develop user stories, prioritise features, groom product backlogs, taking into consideration impact, feasibility, and strategic importance • Manage system integrations (e.g. with MSF's SSNet One, BookingSG, MyInfo, GovTech’s Optical) through close collaboration with internal departments (e.g. IT group), other government agencies and IT vendors • Support system testing, user acceptance testing and follow-up in addressing issues • Track overall progress to ensure alignment to outcome metrics • Manage stakeholder engagement with government agencies, social service partners and other collaborators • Ensure operational quality and support continuous improvement initiatives • Assist with budget monitoring, procurement processes and administrative matters for the Family Assist portal • At least 2-3 years of experience in product management and/or systems development • Strong project management skills and able to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines • Strong communication skills; able to establish good collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Ability to analyse issues from a strategic and systems perspective, while having a good grasp of details and processes. • Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to consider all facets in implementation – business value, user impact, technology readiness and risks • Ability to support in strategic planning and implementation • Knowledge and experience implementing agile/scrum methodology will be an advantage Work location is in Bishan.
