We focus on long-term academic planning, international curriculum guidance, university admissions strategy, and student development. We work with families pursuing global education pathways, including international school students and students preparing for undergraduate applications to universities in the US, UK, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Canada, etc. We are now looking for a full-time Education Consultant / Admissions Consultant to join our Singapore team. Role Overview The Education Consultant will work closely with students and parents to understand their academic background, education goals, curriculum choices, university aspirations, and long-term development needs. This role requires strong communication skills, bilingual fluency, teamwork, and a good understanding of international education pathways. The ideal candidate is client-facing, proactive, and comfortable working with families in a high-trust advisory environment. Key Responsibilities Communicate with prospective and existing families to understand students’ academic profiles, interests, goals, and education needs. Provide initial consultation on international education pathways, curriculum planning, university application timelines, and related services. Support students and parents throughout the consultation and service delivery process. Coordinate internally with academic mentors, admissions consultants, operations team members, and external partners to ensure smooth service delivery. Follow up with leads and clients in a professional, timely, and structured manner. Maintain accurate records of student profiles, parent communications, consultation notes, and service progress. Participate in education events, seminars, webinars, parent meetings, and marketing-related activities when required. Stay updated on international education trends, university admissions requirements, curriculum systems, and student planning needs. Requirements SC/PR are preferred. Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with a strong sense of ownership. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, colleagues, and external partners. Able to respond to client enquiries and follow-ups in a timely, professional, and responsible manner. Passionate about the education industry and genuinely interested in supporting students’ long-term growth and development. Responsible towards students and families, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships. Preferred Qualifications Candidates with at least 2 years of relevant industry experience will be strongly preferred. Familiarity with international education systems, such as IB, international A-Level, AP, is an advantage. Experience working with international school students or high-net-worth education clients is a plus.
