Team Supervisor (School Health Screening)

The Team Supervisor oversees and coordinates the daily operations of nationwide health screening programmes for preschool children across Singapore. This role involves leading a multidisciplinary team of nurses and health screening assistants to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of health services within school environments. Role & Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations for school health screening programmes nationwide Lead and mentor a team of nurses and health screening assistants Conduct vision tests, height and weight measurements, and health education sessions Administer lifestyle questionnaires to students Liaise with clients for project implementation and school site scheduling Coordinate site setup and ensure high-quality client servicing Requirements: Strong ability to engage confidently and compassionately with young children Previous experience in team leadership or healthcare operations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage complex scheduling and logistics for multiple school sites
