Your primary role will be to drive sales by understanding customer needs, demonstrating product benefits, and creating an outstanding shopping experience. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing personalized beauty consultations and recommendations. Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, product launches, and brand promotions to offer accurate and relevant information to customers. Drive sales by effectively promoting products, conducting demonstrations, and upselling complementary items. Conduct in-store demonstrations and tutorials to showcase product benefits and application techniques. Assist with stock replenishment, monitor inventory levels, and ensure product displays are well-organized and visually appealing. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Track sales performance, customer interactions, and feedback to help identify trends and areas for improvement.
