You will share in the profits generated from the growth you bring. Key Responsibilities: Drive business development and acquire new clients to expand our market presence. Leverage your network among C-level professionals and senior executives. Manage the end-to-end executive search process, from interview to offer management. Offer advisory services and tailored recruitment solutions to clients. Represent the brand at conferences and networking events to drive business growth.
