Profile: We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. The Retail Sales Assistant plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations of the retail store while delivering exceptional customer service. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine interest in mobile and electronic devices. Job Descriptions: Responsible for day-to-day retail operations. Deliver high-quality standards of service to customers. Proactively engage and attend to walk-in customers. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions. Handle inquiries and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner. Provide after-sales support, including assistance with phone repair-related matters. Perform cashiering duties. Receive, process, and organize incoming goods/deliveries. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and product displays in the store. Support the team with ad-hoc duties as and when required.
