MAINDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, and industrial automation markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to drive sales growth and long-term partnerships. Conduct market prospecting, customer visits, product presentations, and sales negotiations to achieve sales targets. Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions in collaboration with internal stakeholders. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and opportunity qualification through order confirmation, equipment buy-off, delivery, and after-sales support. Coordinate closely with Engineering, Operations, Service, and Supply Chain teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction. Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade shows, seminars, and customer events to enhance brand awareness and generate qualified leads. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new market opportunities and develop effective sales strategies. Maintain accurate sales forecasts, customer databases, pipeline reports, and competitive intelligence for management review. Ensure high standards of customer service by providing timely responses to enquiries and resolving customer issues effectively. Job Requirements MAIN JOB SPECIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Material Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline. 0–5 years of sales or business development experience in semiconductor equipment, factory automation, precision engineering, or other capital equipment industries. Proven track record in acquiring new customers and achieving sales targets. Strong business development, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills. Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and capital equipment sales will be an advantage. Knowledge of international trade practices and Incoterms is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint and Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers at all organizational levels. Self-driven, results-oriented, and willing to travel for customer visits, exhibitions, and business development activities.
