Job Summary An established pet relocation company specializing in importation, exportation, and transshipment services for dogs, cats, and small mammals seeks a detail-oriented coordinator to manage pet relocation schedules and ensure compliance with regulations. Responsibilities Organize and manage relocation schedules for pets including dogs, cats, and small mammals to ensure timely and smooth moves Advise pet owners on import/export country rules and requirements to ensure compliance with regulations Verify that pets meet all import and export rules before travel to avoid delays or issues Process importation and exportation documentation promptly to meet deadlines Manage timelines and plan itineraries covering ground transportation, veterinary appointments, cargo booking, quarantine arrangements, airport clearance, license applications, and payments Coordinate scheduling, documentation, preparation, and follow-up activities with internal teams and external agents to ensure seamless pet travel logistics Collaborate with team members to coordinate costing, logistics, and agent requirements for pet relocation Communicate politely and professionally with customers and partners via phone, email, and mail to provide clear and timely information Respond promptly to customer inquiries and emails to maintain high service standards Required competencies and certifications Proficient in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment to maintain workflow efficiency Ability to work independently while exercising discretion and good judgment in decision-making PC literate to manage documentation and communication tasks efficiently Positive attitude and pleasant disposition to foster a friendly and professional work environment Ability to handle stress and maintain performance under pressure Minimum “N” or “O” Level education with at least 1 year of relevant working experience Availability to start work immediately or within short notice
