If you’re a strategic problem-solver with a passion for innovation , teamwork and a growth mindset , we invite you to join us in shaping the future of digital finance! ️ What Would Be Your Responsibilities: Serve as a strategic partner to global business leaders, providing guidance on organizational design, talent management, and HR best practices Develop deep understanding of business operations and partner with department heads to achieve strategic objectives Closely partner with Talent Acquisition Team for recruitment initiatives and assessment processes for the department to ensure precise hiring decisions that fit team dynamics Partner with department heads to develop and track meaningful OKRs that drive business success Lead performance management processes, including providing structured feedback, conducting reviews, and developing improvement plans Drive a high-performance culture through objective evaluation systems and clear accountability frameworks Design and implement talent development initiatives to enhance individual and team capabilities Facilitate organizational change management initiatives and ensure effective communication What We Require From You: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience, preferably in a fast-paced technology or financial services environment Strong experience in, and understanding of, performance management methodologies in specialized team environments Experience in quality-focused recruitment and selection Track record of implementing effective performance management systems Strong business acumen with focus on delivering results through people Proven track record of partnering with senior leaders to drive business results Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin is highly preferred, as the role involves regular coordination with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders across the region
