Senior Technical Manager

Job Description and Requirement Oversee the preparation, review, and coordination of architectural drawings across all project stages, including concept design, planning approval, building plan approval, construction documentation, and completion submissions. Lead and oversee submissions to relevant government agencies and statutory boards, including URA, BCA, FSSD, LTA, NEA, and PUB. Provide overalltechnical direction to ensure compliance with authorities. Lead coordination across architectural, structural, civil, MEP, fire protection, and specialist consultants. Establish and oversee systems for managing technical documents, submission records, approvals, and correspondence. Provide high-level technical support during construction stages. Develop and enforce QA/QC processes for drawings and submission documents. Act as the primary technical representative between the organisation and external stakeholders, including authorities, clients, and consultants. Be accountable for overall quality, accuracy, and completeness of architectural submissions. Strong and in-depth knowledge of Singapore building regulations and authority submission processes. Review & resolve any technical issue at site. Specialise in tender documentation is an advantage. Min. 8-10 years of relevant working experience.
