About this role

Job Scope & Responsibilities – Project Admin (Commercial & Scheduling)Key Responsibilities: Project Claims & Documentation Prepare, compile, and submit progress claims, invoices, and variation orders in accordance with contract terms. Track project expenses, purchase orders, and vendor payments to ensure financial accuracy. Liaise with clients and contractors to follow up on claim approvals and payments . Project Scheduling & Progress Tracking Maintain and update the project schedule, milestones, and deadlines . Coordinate with engineers and project managers to track site progress and work completion . Identify delays and potential risks , ensuring timely reporting and mitigation measures. Commercial & Contract Administration Assist in contract review, tender submissions, and cost control . Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and documentation . Support in negotiations for contract amendments or change orders . Project Coordination & Reporting Organize project meetings , prepare minutes of meetings (MOMs) , and follow up on action items. Update and maintain project records, including work progress reports and financial reports . Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and stakeholders for project logistics and deliveries . Compliance & Risk Management Ensure project documentation complies with company policies, client requirements, and industry regulations . Support audits and inspections by maintaining proper record-keeping of commercial transactions and schedules . Requirements & Qualifications: Certificate/ Diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. Experience in project administration, scheduling, or commercial claims (preferably in construction or engineering projects). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
