Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to oversee and coordinate daily on-site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion of construction projects in Singapore. Responsibilities Supervise and lead construction workers, subcontractors, and tradespeople to ensure efficient task execution on-site Plan and assign daily tasks based on project schedules and blueprints to meet deadlines Enforce compliance with safety regulations under the WSH Act and company policies to maintain a safe work environment Monitor work progress, quality control, and material usage to uphold project standards Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to identify and resolve on-site issues promptly Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings to communicate hazards and safety procedures Maintain accurate daily reports documenting manpower, progress, and incidents for project tracking and accountability Required competencies and certifications None explicitly stated Preferred competencies and qualifications Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a foreman in Singapore’s construction industry, preferably in high-rise, civil, or industrial projects Proficient in reading construction drawings and schedules Knowledge of local safety standards including SCDF, BCA, and MOM Strong leadership and problem-solving skills demonstrated through managing on-site teams and resolving operational challenges Other Information None
