Business Analyst

Key Requirements Hands-on experience in the following: Data Relationship Mapping Identify and document relationships between GRC entities (Risks ↔ Controls ↔ Regulations ↔ Activities) Define cardinality and business rules for each relationship Create entity-relationship diagrams (ERDs) and data flow diagrams Requirements Elaboration Translate high-level BRD requirements into detailed functional specifications Define data validation rules and business logic Document metadata requirements for the repository Stakeholder Collaboration Conduct workshops with subject matter experts (SMEs) Validate data models with business users Act as liaison between business and technical teams Documentation Create and maintain data dictionary Document business glossary and data lineage Prepare user stories and acceptance criteria for development Others Good communicator and able to be the bridge between technical team and business/operations user. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams. Self-motivated, self-starter, and be proactive. Team player with good interpersonal skills. Have open mindset to learn new skills as required and apply to enhance team productivity. Organised, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
