About this role

Job Description: Responsible to leading the Integrity and Preservation team by supporting in the planning and execution of preventive and planned corrective maintenance activities that require onshore involvement. Additionally, provides first-response support to offshore teams during breakdowns and troubleshooting when onshore assistance is needed. Coordinate and provide onshore support for the planning and execution of preventive and planned corrective maintenance activities, ensuring timely resource allocation and effective communication with offshore teams. Act as the primary onshore contact for breakdowns and troubleshooting, delivering prompt technical assistance to offshore personnel. Contribute to annual budget planning by providing input on workforce, materials, and service requirements for maintenance coordination. Ensure maintenance activities comply with sector regulations, MODEC guidelines, and internal standards, including the use of the Integrated Management System (IMS) and Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Support the effectiveness of process safety barriers by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommending technical actions to maintain operations within ALARP (As Low As Reasonably Practicable) levels. Promote adherence to maintenance policies and the application of lessons learned to improve reliability and performance. Contribute to the planning and execution of equipment and unit shutdowns or decommissioning as required. Safeguard compliance with technical specifications and standards by supporting internal audits, identifying deviations, and recommending corrective actions. Maintain effective communication and relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure alignment with company objectives and client expectations. Participate in offshore visits as required to support maintenance activities and strengthen coordination between onshore and offshore teams. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree of Engineering is required Complies with the Training Matrix and Regulatory and Required by Modec Training Management Procedure, available in the Integrated Management System (IMS). Advanced Microsoft Office package knowledge is required. Basic CMMS systems knowledge is a competitive edge (SAP preferred). Basic Power BI knowledge is a competitive edge.
