Job Description 1. Strategic Vendor & Partner Relations Develop and manage strategic partnerships with premium F&B; suppliers, beverage distributors, and lifestyle brands and retail verticals Negotiate vendor agreements and optimise supply chain relationships across beauty and F&B industries Leverage existing beer/beverage industry connections to secure exclusive distribution deals Build a curated network of premium vendors aligned with brand positioning 2. Business Development & Revenue Growth Identify and develop new business opportunities across company's portfolio of concept businesses Create B2B partnerships with corporate clients for events, activations, and exclusive experiences Drive revenue through strategic account management and upselling opportunities Develop corporate packages combining the company's beauty, F&B, and lifestyle offerings 3. High-Net-Worth Client Management & Hospitality Cultivate relationships with HNWI clients through personalised experiences Organise exclusive events, tastings, and VIP activations across venues Serve as primary relationship manager for premium corporate accounts Create bespoke packages for high-value clients seeking luxury lifestyle service
