Rebar & Formwork Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities Supervise all rebar fixing and formwork activities according to approved drawings and project specifications. Plan, organize, and monitor daily work activities to ensure project schedules are achieved. Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and workers to ensure smooth site operations. Inspect reinforcement installation, bar spacing, lap lengths, and concrete cover before concreting. Check formwork alignment, dimensions, levels, and stability before concrete placement. Ensure all work complies with quality standards, safety regulations, and construction codes. Assign daily tasks to workers and monitor productivity and workmanship. Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues related to rebar, formwork, and general construction works. Monitor material usage and report shortages or wastage to the site management. Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and temporary works. Maintain daily site progress reports and work records. Enforce housekeeping and ensure the work area is clean and organized. Conduct toolbox meetings and ensure workers follow health and safety procedures. Coordinate with other trades to avoid work conflicts and project delays. Assist the Project Manager or Site Engineer in achieving project milestones and completing works on time.
