About the company Recently opened in February 2026, Mokara Gymnastics Academy will be Singapore’s largest gymnastics facility – a 20 000 square foot, state-of-the-art training space located in Perennial Business City, just a 3-minute walk from Jurong East MRT Station. Led by internationally certified coaches, we offer fun, structured programmes that build confidence, coordination and teamwork through movement and play. Responsibilities Office Administration Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls. Maintain digital and physical filing systems. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements. Provide general support to management and staff to keep operations efficient. Documentation & Reporting Assist in preparing reports, presentations and internal documentation. Record meeting minutes and track follow-ups. Maintain internal databases and ensure timely updates. Team Support Provide logistical and administrative support to managers and staff. Coordinate logistics for training sessions, workshops, and company events. Liaise with vendors and partners for service delivery and orders. Support planning and execution of company events and trainings. Finance & Procurement Assistance Process invoices, expense claims and purchase orders. Track inventory and reorder supplies when needed. Technical Support Set up email, shared folders and calendar access for new hires. Coordinate and test CCTV and AV displays (TVs, digital signage, clocks) Troubleshoot simple tech issues or coordinate with external IT support. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred but not mandatory) 5 years of experience in an administrative or office support role is an advantage Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office tools Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
