We are looking for an energetic, commercially driven and people-focused Anytime Fitness Club Manager to lead the daily operations and growth of an Anytime Fitness club in Singapore. This is not a passive administrative or front-desk position. You will be responsible for creating an outstanding member experience, driving membership growth, leading the club team, supporting personal training sales and ensuring that the outlet operates at a consistently high standard. You will be given the opportunity to take ownership of the club, develop your leadership capabilities and play an important role in growing our fitness business. Your Role As the Gym Outlet Manager, you will act as the leader and key person responsible for the overall performance of the club. You will oversee: Membership sales and business growth Member engagement and retention Staff leadership and development Personal training activity and conversion Daily club operations Facility standards and member experience Local marketing and community outreach Performance reporting and planning You will be expected to think and operate like a business leader, not simply carry out assigned duties. What We Are Looking For Strong interest in fitness, people development, sales or business management. Previous experience in gym operations, fitness, retail, hospitality, sales, customer service or team leadership is preferred. Leadership experience is an advantage, although high-potential candidates ready to step into management may also be considered. Confident in speaking with new people and building relationships. Comfortable with sales targets, follow-up and performance accountability. Able to lead a young and diverse team. Proactive, responsible and solution-oriented. Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail. Able to manage difficult conversations professionally. Organised and able to balance sales, people and operational priorities. Comfortable using WhatsApp, spreadsheets, customer-management systems and social media. Willing to work flexible hours, including selected weekends or public holidays when operationally required. Fitness qualifications are welcome but not compulsory for the management role.
