Mission MoneySmart Financial generates leads on its platform in the form of customers who are in the market for car insurance and who are interested in connecting with a Car Insurance Specialist. Your mission will be to promptly call all the leads assigned to you, find out more about these customers’ car insurance needs, compare among the different available options, advise them on the best-suited option, assist them on the application process and facilitate the follow-up until the car insurance policy is officially issued. Post-sales servicing and customer retention in the form of reviewing their car insurance nearing to their policy period so as to advise on the options for renewal, are also crucial aspects of this role. You are expected to be highly responsive, provide top-notch service and competent advice, and get back to customers quickly in order to ensure excellent customer experience. You may need to be available outside of standard working hours because customers may not be available during the day due to work commitments. You are expected to be self-motivated, disciplined, accountable, and committed to achieving your monthly sales targets.
