Job Overview You will be deployed to our client who is a leading government technology agency driving digital transformation and innovation in the healthcare sector. You will support the development, implementation, and management of securitysolutions, including product evaluation, integration, and troubleshooting. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to create documentationand training materials while staying updated on industry trends. Additionally,the position demands strong analytical skills and rotational on-callavailability, including nights, weekends, and holidays on rotational basis. Responsibilities To configure, implement and maintain all security platforms (E.g. Firewall,Intrusion Prevention, Web Application Firewalls, Web Proxies, DNSSEC) Perform assessment of Security Advisories and provide recommendations to the team Ensure that all security devices are configured in accordance network security bestpractices Perform periodic vulnerability testing and ensure the remediation of all findings Perform regular review of security logs to identify potential operational/securityissues Perform regular patching of security devices to ensure that devices firmware are keptup to date Ensure that all incidents are resolved within the required SLA Ensure that all Service Requests are completed within the required SLA Ensure that Work Instructions are in place and kept up-to-date for the delivery of alloperational tasks Continuously review and improve Operations Efficiency (E.g. improving operational efficiencythrough automation) Generates routine reports in the required format Secure users and servers internet access To support and implement new initiatives Requirements Possess a diploma/degree in Engineering or IT Bachelor Degree in Computer Must possess a minimum CCNA certification, with CCNP certification or equivalent networking knowledge highly preferred. Extensive technical know-how and hands-on experience with enterprise network security technologies,including Firewalls, Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS), Web Application Firewalls (WAF), Web Proxies, and DNSSEC. Hands-on experience managing and supporting at least two or more security devices, including configuration, troubleshooting, policy management, performance tuning, andissue resolution. Minimum 5 years of experience managing large-scale enterprise IT infrastructure, with strong experience in network security devices and technologies, particularly Palo Alto, Cisco, and Check Point solutions. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in enterprise networking, including routing, switching,load balancers, routers, firewalls, proxies, Cisco Nexus/Data Centrenetworking, ACI, and Cisco ISE (good to have). Experience in handling network infrastructure configuration, troubleshooting, capacityplanning, and resolving complex network and security issues. Strong technical skills in systems engineering, systems administration, networking, and security operations, with strong Web Proxy knowledge and CCNP-level networking expertisepreferred. Experience with network automation and scripting tools such as Python and Ansible is preferred,along with familiarity with monitoring, observability, and logging platforms such as ELK Stack or similar tools. Strong analyticaland problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complextechnical issues quickly. Holding any of following professional certificate are preferable: CISSP, CISCO CCIE, PCNSE andITILv4 Willingness to support 24/7 standby operations and rotating shifts, including 7:30 AM–5:00 PM,8:30 AM–6:00 PM, 3:00 PM–12:00 AM, and standby support from 12:00 AM–7:30 AM. Shift assignments will be based on operational requirements and cannot be selected.
