Job Description & Requirements Role Description To be a member of the PRIMA Asia Portfolio Management team providing support to the functions of Acquisitions, Portfolio Management and Asset Management; Portfolio Management related analysis to include portfolio analysis; investment underwriting modeling; investment committee preparation support; Participating in the quarterly portfolio Valuation process including reviewing the valuations of each asset; reviewing the cash flow models, and; preparing the Valuation Committee materials; Asset Management related activities to include coordinating the preparation and periodic update of the Asset Management report; participation in the Annual Business Plan process, and quarterly Business Plan update; General support for Investor Coverage such as participating in Investor Diligence activities; General support in relation to monitoring the Singapore investment market; Requirements The ability to work as part of a focused team across a larger organization, assume significant responsibility and exercise sound commercial judgment Strong organizational, time management and communication skills Superior written and verbal communication
