As Mentor, After-School Services, you are responsible for inspiring and helping children develop their social-emotional skills. You journey with children as they journey to discover themselves. You help them become the best person they can possibly be. This is achieved by providing a safe and secure environment for children to be at. Children will trust and respect you because you are an excellent role model. The Mentor, After-School Services would be a person-centric individual with a growth mindset, be interested in the development of Self and the development of others, especially children. Job Responsibilities Oversee and supervise primary school children enrolled at one of our student care centres. Assist in the coordination, development and implementation of learning activities and enrichment programmes Impart good habits and social skills amongst the children Coach children using positive discipline methods Willing and able to be deployed to different centres to provide coverage of duties Job Requirements At least GCE 'A' Level / Diploma Preferably with some Childcare / Student Care / Montessori / Phonetics experience in Singapore. Personable with good communication skills and able to build rapport with children. Good written and oral communication skills. Full time, part time, short term contract positions available.
