About the Role At Morton’s The Steakhouse, we pride ourselves on delivering world-class hospitality and unforgettable dining experiences. As a F&B Hostess, you will be the first impression of our restaurant—setting the tone for a refined and seamless guest journey from reservation to departure. Key Responsibilities Manage all reservations with precision and professionalism across phone and online platforms. Curate and oversee seating arrangements to optimize guest flow and enhance the dining experience. Provide a warm, polished welcome and ensure every guest feels valued upon arrival. Handle guest enquiries with attentiveness and discretion, including menu sharing and event-related requests. Support the Sales & Marketing Manager in guest outreach, telemarketing initiatives, and promotional campaigns. Present and promote gift cards and exclusive offerings to guests. Maintain accurate reservation records and uphold the highest standards of service excellence Perform additional administrative and operational duties as required. Requirements A naturally gracious and professional demeanor with excellent communication skills. Strong team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, upscale environment. Passion for delivering exceptional, personalized guest service. Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, preferably in a premium or fine dining setting.
