Job Summary The Sales Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the mobile phone sales team, driving sales performance, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role involves coaching team members, achieving sales targets, managing inventory, and promoting mobile phones, accessories, and related services. Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead the daily operations of the handphone sales team. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for mobile phones, accessories, and service plans. Train, coach, and motivate sales staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service. Ensure team members are knowledgeable about the latest smartphone models, features, promotions, and pricing. Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback to improve results. Assist customers in selecting suitable mobile phones, accessories, and value-added services. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally. Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and stock accuracy. Coordinate with suppliers and management on new product launches and promotional campaigns. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports. Ensure the showroom is clean, well-organized, and products are properly displayed. Enforce company policies, procedures, and operational standards. Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 2–3 years of experience in mobile phone, electronics, or retail sales. At least 1 year of supervisory or team leadership experience. Familiarity with smartphones, mobile accessories, and telecommunications products. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS/CRM systems. Required to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts based on retail operating hours. May receive performance incentives, sales commissions, and bonuses based on target achievement.
