We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Driver & AV Crew to support event deployments, equipment logistics, and warehouse operations. This role combines driving, warehouse operations, equipment logistics, and event setup and teardown. It is ideal for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work and want exposure to event AV operations. No prior AV experience is required. Successful candidates will receive hands-on training and support. This is a physically active, fast-paced role combining driving, equipment handling, and event setup and teardown. It is best suited for individuals who are responsible, punctual, and comfortable with hands-on operational work. Key Responsibilities Driving & Delivery Transport AV equipment safely and punctually to event venues and client sites. Load and unload equipment carefully to prevent damage. Follow delivery schedules and ensure timely arrival on-site. Ensure all equipment is checked before departure and upon return. Maintain cleanliness and basic care of company vehicles. AV Setup & On-Site Support Assist with setup, testing, and teardown of AV equipment. Set up equipment such as TVs, projectors, speakers, microphones, and lighting. Run cables neatly and safely during setups. Support basic troubleshooting of audio, display, or connection issues. Work closely with technical leads and operations teams to ensure smooth and efficient event execution. Warehouse & Operations Assist with equipment preparation before jobs.
