Principal Software Engineer Team Lead, Map Engineering

Lead the Map Engineering team, building people and technical leadership, and drive the scaling and operationalization of production mapping pipelines. Collaborate with adjacent domains, establish robust processes, and oversee the design and architecture of scalable mapping infrastructure. Requires a BS or MS in Computer Science, 5+ years managing engineers and 2+ years managing managers, deep technical experience in large‑scale data pipelines, safety‑critical software, and knowledge of the mapping/AV industry. Strong leadership, process improvement, and technical strategy skills are essential.
