Relationship Manager (Hunter Role)

Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Relationship Manager (Hunter-Farmer) to manage and grow a portfolio of leasing clients. This is a revenue-generating role, not an account maintenance position. You will be responsible for expanding existing accounts, acquiring new business opportunities, and consistently achieving sales targets. Responsibilities : Grow existing customer accounts through upselling, fleet expansion, and value-added lease renewals. Identify and secure new business opportunities through referrals, networking, cold calling, and direct prospecting. Drive high conversion rates through proactive follow-ups, effective negotiations, and successful deal closures. Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring timely collection of payments and minimizing bad debts. Collaborate closely with the Operations and Aftersales teams to ensure prompt vehicle delivery, readiness, and excellent customer experience. Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to increase customer value and portfolio growth. Requirements : Minimum GCE “O” or “N” level or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of sales or account management experience; experience in automotive, vehicle leasing, or fleet management is an advantage. Proven track record in business development, account growth, and closing sales. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Highly organized, meticulous, and able to work well within a team. Confident in liaising with individuals across all organizational levels. Must hold a valid Class 3 Singapore driving license.
