Who We Need The Radiographer performs diagnostic imaging services, including CT scans, Ultrasound, Mammography, BMD, Fluoroscopy, and Theatre Radiography Your key responsibilities are: Provides radiography services in the Diagnostic Imaging Department. Conducts special examinations such as CT Scan, Ultrasound, Mammography, BMD, Fluoroscopy and Theatre Radiography. Liaises with and accepts advice from the Manager. Assists the Radiologist and doctors in the imaging process. Assists in the care and maintenance of Ultrasound and X-ray machines and radiographic equipment. Participates in departmental activities such as quality assurance and performance appraisal. Attends and contributes to departmental staff meetings. Supervises and directs activities of departmental staff when necessary. Participates in on-call duties. How to Succeed Bachelor of Science in Radiography or Diploma from College of Radiographers (UK) or equivalent. Registered with AHPC. Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in an acute hospital.
