Your key responsibilities are: You will work alongside the Nursing Leaders to deliver patient-centered and compassionate nursing care according to patient's needs and condition, doctor's orders, nursing / hospital standards and policies. Plans, provides and evaluates nursing care according to patient's needs, doctor's orders and hospital policies. Ensure adherence to hospital and nursing standards, policies, and best practices. Maintain a conducive and safe patient care environment. Uphold nursing standards in documentation, treatment, infection control, and professional conduct. Supervise and mentor new and junior nursing staff, fostering a supportive and effective nursing team. How to Succeed Possess either a Diploma or Degree in Nursing with a valid Singapore Nursing Board license. Previous experience in acute care hospital is an added advantage. Strong team-player, self-starter with strong sense of initiative, agility and perseverance in starting and building a strong culture in performance & engagement.
