About this role

Job Description Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, referrals, and other business development activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, including Interior Designers, Carpenters, Main/Sub Contractors, Architects, Consultants and other industry stakeholders. Present, demonstrate, and promote the company's products and services to prospective and existing customers. Gather customer requirements, prepare proposals, recommend suitable solutions and provide professional product advice to meet client needs. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms to secure profitable sales while safeguarding company interests. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, annual sales targets and KPIs. Identify opportunities to grow sales within existing accounts and expand the customer base through new customer acquisition. Monitor market trends, customer preferences and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain market competitiveness. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including operations and marketing, to ensure smooth project execution, timely delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction. Work with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns, product launches and sales initiatives. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues and maintaining long-term customer relationships. Prepare and submit samples, quotations, sales reports, forecasts and other required documentation to management. Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities and pipeline updates in the CRM system. Accomplish individual and team sales targets while contributing to overall business growth and revenue objectives. Job Requirements B2Bsales experience, preferably in a related or similar industry is an added advantage. Own vehicle is required for site visits and client meetings. Experience in building materials, interior products, or related trades is an added advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Able to work at Kranji area.
