Senior Technical Director

Responsibilities Lead the technical strategy, software architecture, and delivery of AI, networking, and enterprise software solutions. Oversee software development projects to ensure timely delivery, quality, and compliance with company standards. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, regional teams, and clients to develop scalable technical solutions. Provide technical leadership and support for projects involving clients and stakeholders across the Greater China market. Lead, mentor, and develop engineering teams while promoting innovation and engineering best practices. Monitor and resolve technical issues, assess risks, and drive continuous improvement in software development processes. Support technology planning, product innovation, and digital transformation initiatives. Requirements Bachelor's Degree or relevant working experience with Diploma Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience, including experience in a technical leadership role. Proven experience leading enterprise software development and engineering teams across the APAC region. Experience supporting clients and stakeholders in the Greater China market Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients, business partners, and stakeholders. Strong leadership, problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
