Superintendent (Sp) Railway Operation

Job Description Responsible for the day-to-day site operation and safety within the Singapore Rail Test Centre (SRTC). Management of the track access system and the publication of the weekly notice for restricted area access. Coordination of Track Access Request, supervising and auditing of site operation. Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of SRTC such as reviewing documents, submitting method statement, report, etc. Flexibility for overseas assignments. Able to lead and take charge of a team of work group or contractors for building services/ structure maintenance works, core system (Signaling/ Comms/ Control) maintenance works, etc. within the Test Centre. Job Requirement Minimum local tertiary certification in E&M Engineering discipline and 3 years working in railway industry. Candidate with railway operation, train testing and commissioning work experiences would be an advantage. Training will be provided for successful candidates to perform the railway operation duties. Will Knowledge of Microsoft Office application for report submission and presentation. Self-motivated and able to be cross-trained and keen to learn new skills. Able to lead and take charge of a team of work group. Possessing a relevant Class 3 or 4 local driving license would be an advantage.
