Job Summary Ensure timely and safe completion of construction activities on site while managing daily operations, quality control, and documentation for builder works and lift M&E projects. Responsibilities Manage and ensure effective, timely completion of all construction activities on site to meet project deadlines Oversee daily site operations by planning and arranging work schedules that maintain safety, progress, and quality standards Take full responsibility for site works, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project requirements Coordinate with the Quality, Safety, and Security (QSS) team to facilitate site inspections and ensure all findings are addressed promptly Prepare, organize, and maintain all site documentation, certifications, and records to support compliance and project tracking Required competencies and certifications Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical/Electronics Engineering Minimum 3 years of engineering experience in construction site environments Demonstrated project management and supervision skills relevant to construction and M&E works
