Sales Associate (Full Time / 5 Days / One-Month Sign On Bonus)

As a Sales Associate, your primary responsibility is to drive sales growth through achieving targets and delivering exceptional customer service. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by engaging with customers in a friendly and personalized manner, addressing their needs, and resolving any concerns. The retail sales associate should be passionate about people and eager to develop new customer-service skills, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the store. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Provide excellent customer service through personalized product recommendations and professional handling of inquiries and feedback. Achieve sales targets by proactive selling, cross-selling, and supporting promotions and events. Ensure accurate inventory management through stock monitoring, replenishment, and stock counts. Maintain store operations and visual standards, including cleanliness, merchandising, and daily opening/closing duties. Drive membership sign-ups and customer loyalty by promoting benefits and building strong customer relationships. Experience and Skills: Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience with a track record of meeting targets/KPIs Customer-focused with good communication and relationship-building skills Positive team player with a proactive and self-motivated attitude Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs Punctual, disciplined, and able to commit to rotating shifts (opening & closing).
