Technical Engineer

Basic + Performance Bonus + Project Incentives 5 days work week Cohesive environment & culture Pasir Panjang Job Responsibilities Provide technical assistance and address technical enquiries from clients and consultants. Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to the Production and Sales teams, including the preparation of product submissions, proposals, quotations, plans, specifications, and cost estimates. Conduct on-site product installation training and perform periodic site inspections as required. Process, coordinate, and manage clients’ orders to ensure all requirements are accurately communicated and properly fulfilled. Assist in researching and developing value-added, technically sound, and cost-effective design solutions to meet clients’ requirements, using structural engineering calculations and applicable design codes. Collaborate closely with the Production and Engineering teams to align clients’ requirements, standardise solutions, and contribute to future product development. Job Requirements Min Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Structural Engineering, or a related discipline. Knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Autodesk Revit. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders. Proactive, service-oriented, and comfortable handling client enquiries. Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
