Plating Engineer (Semiconductor/ Basic $4500)

Basic: $3800 - $4500 Mon – Fri: 7.45am – 5.45pm Location: Joo Koon - Lok Yang Job Responsibilities Oversee production scheduling and manufacturing operations. Establish process parameters to improve quality, stability, and productivity. Identify root causes of process, material, throughput, and quality issues. Implement solutions to improve output, reduce cycle time, and lower costs. Maintain work instructions, drawings, BOM, and product documentation. Drive productivity projects, including automation, tooling, and fixture improvements. Conduct training on equipment operation and maintenance. Support continuous improvement in product quality, yield, and technology. Requirements: Possess at least a Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with chemical handling.
