Maintenance Engineer (Plating Line Equipment)

Basic: $3800 - $5000 Mon – Fri: 7.45am – 5.45pm Location: Joo Koon - Lok Yang Job Responsibilities Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on plating line equipment, including rectifiers, tanks, pumps, filters, heaters, chillers, and related systems. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and control system faults. Ensure quick recovery during equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime. Monitor equipment performance and implement reliability improvement initiatives. Identify and maintain critical spare parts to support maintenance needs. Coordinate with suppliers for replacement parts, servicing, and technical support. Support installation, commissioning, and upgrading of new plating lines or equipment. Participate in process improvement and maintenance-related projects. Requirements: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering, or related field. Minimum 3–5 years of relevant maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills in both electrical and mechanical systems.
