After-Sales Assistant Manager (Technical Services)

Mon - Fri: 9am - 6pm Salary up to $6,000 Taiseng MRT Our client is a leading global consumer electronics company and they are seeking a proactive and customer-focused After Sales Assistant Manager to oversee after-sales service operations, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction while driving continuous improvements in service quality and operational efficiency. Job Scope: Technical Support (Customer-Facing & Internal): Provide Level 2/3 technical support for TVs and home appliances, handling product enquiries, troubleshooting, warranty claims, and repair-to-exchange (RMA) approvals. Training : Develop and deliver technical training for customer service teams and authorized service partners while maintaining technical documentation and knowledge bases. Quality Control : Monitor product quality performance, analyze failure trends, and implement corrective actions to improve service quality and customer satisfaction. Service Partner Governance: Manage and evaluate service partners by tracking KPIs, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring compliance with service standards and warranty policies. Spare parts Management: Oversee spare parts planning, inventory control, procurement, and availability to support efficient after-sales operations. Returns & Exchanges Management: Govern product returns, exchanges, and reverse logistics, including warranty processing, refurbishment, inventory reconciliation, and fraud prevention. Requirements 4–8 years in technical support/after-sales/service engineering for appliances or consumer electronics. Strong technical troubleshooting knowledge for TV and home appliances.
