Sales Manager (Marine Safety)

$7,000 to $12,000 5 days: 8.45am - 5.15pm Permanent role + AWS + VB + Yearly Sales Incentive (Commission) Job Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities and grow existing marine accounts. Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Gather market intelligence and identify customer requirements. Deliver sales presentations, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts. Build strong relationships with shipowners, ship managers, and key industry stakeholders. Recommend suitable technical products and service solutions. Represent the company at industry events and networking activities. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to account retention. Requirements： Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related field, or Master Mariner/Chief Engineer certification. Minimum five years of marine sales experience. Strong marine industry knowledge and established customer network. Experience in direct technical sales and solution selling. Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-management, and problem-solving skills.
