Identify duplication and inefficiencies across initiatives and promote consolidation, standardisation, and reuse. Lead prioritisation of platform, shared services, and governance-related initiatives across the ASO portfolio. Evaluate demand based on strategy, risk, regulatory impact, technology alignment, and delivery capacity. Ensure alignment between Service Owners, roadmaps, backlogs, and enterprise priorities. Engage Risk, Architecture, Delivery, and Platform teams early in the lifecycle. Support smooth navigation of governance and approval processes (Ringi, TPRM, IS Reviews). Enable risk-based decision-making across initiatives (fast lane vs standard vs detailed governance). Job Requirements: Minimum 10 years of experience in banking IT, infrastructure, risk, architecture, or cross-functional domains. Proven Experience in enterprise portfolio management, standardisation, or governance. Demonstrated experience in investment planning, cost-benefit analysis, prioritisation, budgeting, and project initiation/governance processes. Ability to act as a trusted advisor to Operations by proactively identifying issues, proposing improvements, and presenting practical alternatives. Analytical & Structured Thinking Able to structure complex, cross-functional demand, dependencies, and risks, and evaluate multiple solution options. Stakeholder Orchestration Effectively engages and aligns Service Owners, Architecture, Risk, Delivery, and other stakeholders to drive decisions and outcomes. Agility with Control Balances speed of execution with regulatory, risk, and governance requirements in a banking environment through risk-based decision-making. Ownership & Accountability Takes end-to-end ownership from demand shaping through prioritisation to value realisation, ensuring clear accountability. Change Leadership Drives cross-functional transformation and overcomes resistance to standardisation and enterprise alignment. Continuous Improvement Leverages portfolio insights, KPIs, and reviews to continuously improve efficiency, standardisation, and delivery effectiveness.
