Prepare detailed 2D technical drawings for interior design projects, including: Layout plans M&E drawings Ceiling plans Joinery / detail drawings Shop drawings As-built drawings Produce 3D drawings / renderings / visualizations for design presentation and project coordination Coordinate with interior designers, project managers, consultants, and contractors on drawing requirements Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and local authority requirements in Singapore Revise drawings based on site conditions, design changes, and client requirements Assist in project coordination for M&E services including: Electrical Lighting Aircon / HVAC Plumbing Fire protection Job summary Requirements: Minimum 2–5 years relevant experience in interior design drafting / M&E drafting Must have experience in F&B and Residential projects
