Job Summary Join Jamiyah FoodBank to support community welfare by managing food inventory, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining warehouse operations in a multicultural, inclusive environment. Responsibilities Execute inbound and outbound processing of food items to ensure smooth warehouse operations Receive, inspect, and organize incoming deliveries to maintain accurate inventory records Load, unload, pack, sort, and rack food items efficiently within the warehouse Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure timely availability of food supplies for distribution Maintain a clean, organized, and accessible warehouse to support operational efficiency Escort Food Bank trucks during collection and delivery of food items to donors, sponsors, and beneficiaries Assist in transporting items and equipment to event locations as required Conduct stock-taking and support administrative tasks to maintain accurate records Adapt to additional duties as assigned to support team and operational needs Preferred competencies and qualifications Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not mandatory Ability to use warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software Minimum Secondary or O level education Ability to work under deadlines and manage stress with attention to detail Systematic and organized approach to administrative work Flexibility to work after office hours or on weekends during event periods Applicants with class 3 license preferred but without maybe considered.
