Systems Integration Engineer (Elv & Proptech)

We are looking for a hands-on and technically skilled Systems Integration Engineer to join our growing PropTech team. You will be responsible for the installation, configuration, commissioning, and maintenance of ELV (Extra Low Voltage) and smart building systems across condominium and residential developments. This role is central to our mission of delivering integrated, intelligent, and secure living environments. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, test, and commission ELV systems including IP CCTV, Video Management Systems (VMS), Access Control Systems (ACS), Intercom/Video Intercom, Barrier Gate Systems, and License Plate Recognition (LPR) systems Integrate ELV security systems with the myCondo PropTech platform and smart building management applications Perform structured cabling works (CAT6/CAT6A, fibre optic) to support ICT and ELV infrastructure Carry out routine preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of installed systems Conduct system testing and commissioning, and prepare as-built documentation and handover reports Liaise with site engineers, project managers, and clients to ensure installations meet project specifications and timelines Provide on-site technical support and user training to property management staff and residents Support the integration of IoT devices, smart sensors, and PropTech modules into the building ecosystem Ensure all works comply with relevant Singapore standards, BCA, IMDA, and safety regulations Requirements Minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Info-Communications Technology, or equivalent At least 3–5 years of experience in ELV system installation and maintenance (CCTV, ACS, structured cabling) Familiarity with IP-based security systems and network fundamentals (TCP/IP, PoE, VLANs) Experience with PropTech, smart building, or BMS (Building Management Systems) integration is an advantage Able to work independently on site and manage multiple concurrent installations Possess or willing to obtain BizSAFE certification; valid driving licence (Class 3) preferred Good communication skills and a customer-service oriented attitude What We Offer Competitive salary with performance incentives Opportunity to work on cutting-edge smart condominium technology projects Career growth within a fast-expanding PropTech company in Southeast Asia Training and certification support Candidates with relevant hands-on experience in ELV or ICT security systems installation may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications
