About this role

Job Purpose 1. Support the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) inexecuting the company’s strategic direction and achieving sustainable businessgrowth. 2. Lead and coordinate cross-functional businessoperations to ensure alignment across the entire agribusiness value chain,including Commercial, Supply Chain, Production, Feed Mill, LivestockOperations, Egg Processing, Finance, and Corporate Functions. 3. Drive operational excellence by improvingproductivity, cost efficiency, profitability, quality, and overall businessperformance through data-driven decision-making and continuous improvementinitiatives. 4. Partner with business leaders to develop andimplement strategic initiatives that enhance organizational capability,operational effectiveness, and long-term competitiveness. 5. Oversee business transformation projects andfoster collaboration across functions to achieve corporate objectives anddeliver sustainable results. 6. Serve as the CEO’s trusted deputy anddesignated successor, providing executive leadership, ensuring businesscontinuity, and representing the CEO in strategic and operational matters whendelegated. 7. Develop a deep understanding of the end-to-endbusiness operations to strengthen governance, optimize performance, and buildleadership capability across the organization. Key Responsibilities 1. Corporate Leadership & CEO Partnership · Partner closely with the CEO in formulatingand executing the company’s strategic direction. · Support execution of annual business plans,corporate priorities, and transformation initiatives. · Represent the CEO in meetings, projects, andbusiness decisions as delegated. · Lead strategic initiatives assigned by the CEOacross multiple business functions. · Act as CEO during delegated authority or theCEO’s absence. · Prepare strategic recommendations and businesscases for executive decision-making. 2. Business Integration & Cross-functional Leadership · Drive alignment across Operations, Commercial,Supply Chain, Finance, HR, Procurement, Engineering, and Quality functions. · Ensure business decisions consider end-to-endoperational impacts. · Facilitate collaboration among departmentheads to improve organizational effectiveness. · Remove organizational barriers affectingproductivity and business performance. · Lead cross-functional improvement projectsthat enhance overall business competitiveness. 3. Supply Chain & Commercial Excellence · Oversee end-to-end supply chain performance,including import of eggs, procurement, logistics, warehousing, inventory, andcold chain management. · Strengthen Sales & Operations Planning(S&OP) processes to improve demand forecasting and supply planning. · Work closely with Commercial and Sales teamsto align production with market demand. · Monitor logistics cost, procurementefficiency, and inventory optimization. · Ensure compliance with import regulations,food safety requirements, and regulatory obligations. 4. Operational Excellence & Production Performance · Develop a comprehensive understanding of allproduction operations. · Lead operational performance reviews usingKPIs and business analytics. · Identify opportunities to improveproductivity, yield, efficiency, and cost optimization. · Drive Lean, Continuous Improvement, andOperational Excellence initiatives. · Ensure biosecurity, animal welfare, foodsafety, and production quality standards are maintained. 5. Financial Performance & Business Planning · Understand and manage business financialdrivers, including:Cost Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis(FP&A), Budget Management, Capital Investment and Profitability Analysis. · Review operational and financial performanceagainst business targets. · Recommend actions to improve profitability,cash flow, and return on investment. · Support development of annual budgets andlong-term business plans. 6. Business Improvement & Transformation · Identify operational improvement opportunitiesthroughout the value chain. · Prioritize initiatives based on businessimpact and implementation feasibility. · Lead productivity improvement, automation, anddigital transformation initiatives. · Promote innovation in products, businessprocesses, and operational systems. · Monitor implementation and sustainability ofimprovement projects. 7.
