Job Summary Supervise daily operations to ensure efficient workflow across departments, coordinating teams to meet order processing and delivery targets while maintaining quality standards and compliance. Responsibilities Lead daily operations to maintain smooth workflow across departments and achieve operational goals Coordinate with sales, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery Monitor and evaluate staff performance, attendance, and productivity to optimize team output Provide targeted guidance, training, and support to develop team members’ skills and effectiveness Manage stock handling and inventory control to maintain accurate records and prevent discrepancies Enforce quality standards and ensure compliance with company procedures and policies Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and manage feedback to enhance customer satisfaction Prepare and deliver daily and weekly operational reports for management review Assist in planning work schedules and assigning tasks to align resources with business needs
