Cleaning Operations Executive

Assist the Assistant Operations Manager (AOM) in various projects, including coordination, execution of general cleaning processes, and managing cleaning logistics. Conduct on-site risk assessments to ensure safety and compliance. Review work orders to ensure timely and accurate completion of assignments. Assist in the delivery of equipment and cleaning products to customer sites. Provide guidance and on-the-job training to cleaning staff; ensure team members' skills and service competencies are consistently maintained. Report to the Operations Manager. Perform any other administrative or operational duties as assigned on an ad hoc basis. Requirement Degree or Diploma Holders 2-3 years of hands-on experience in manpower management is preferred Able to accept 5.5 working days and last-minute work assignments Fluency in written and verbal English Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Outlook, Word, and Excel Good communication and interpersonal skills Positive work attitude, able to work independently and in a team *We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
