Cardiology Clinic Assistant

Salary : $2,500 - $3,000 Working hour : Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm, Sat 9am to 1pm Locaiton : Farrer Park Job description: * Register patients and manage appointments. * Attend to phone calls and patient enquiries. * Handle billing, payments, and basic administrative duties. * Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. * Assist doctors and nurses with clinic operations. * Prepare consultation rooms and medical equipment. * Monitor clinic supplies and maintain cleanliness of the clinic. * Ensure patient confidentiality and comply with clinic procedures. * Perform any other duties assigned by the Clinic Manager or Doctor. Requirements: * Minimum GCE N/O Level, NITEC, Diploma or equivalent. * Prior clinic, hospital, or healthcare experience is preferred. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude. * Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. * Basic computer skills and willingness to learn.
