Job Summary Coordinate and supervise workplace safety and health in building maintenance and construction, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and implementing effective risk management practices. Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise workplace safety and health activities in building maintenance and construction environments to ensure a safe worksite Address workplace safety, health, and environmental control issues by identifying hazards and implementing corrective actions Maintain accurate HSE records in compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements to support audits and inspections Conduct risk assessments to identify potential safety hazards and develop appropriate safety procedures to mitigate risks Ensure all site activities comply with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) safety regulations and standards to uphold legal and safety obligations Required competencies and certifications Diploma or WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety & Health Certificate in Safety Coordinator Training Course Managing Work at Height Certificate Supervision of Metal Scaffold Erection Course Lifting Supervisors' Safety Course Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
