Organic Chemist

The Role As Organic Chemist in our growing R&D team, you'll play a key role in designing, building, and testing new molecules that power our next generation of products. You will: Design and run organic synthesis and reaction development to create new compounds. Build and optimize synthetic routes to improve yield, efficiency, and scalability. Characterize compounds using tools such as NMR, HPLC, IR, mass spectrometry, and optical spectroscopy. Work closely with scientists and product teams to move ideas from concept to prototype. Analyze data, draw conclusions, and communicate findings clearly to the team. Troubleshoot synthesis, purification, and characterization challenges as they arise. Keep up with new research and bring fresh ideas into ongoing projects. Requirement Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or a related field. At least 2 years of hands-on experience in organic synthesis and wet lab work. Strong practical skills in organic synthesis and purification techniques. Experience using NMR, IR, HPLC, and mass spectrometry for compound analysis. Solid understanding of reaction mechanisms and structure elucidation. A problem-solver who enjoys experimenting, learning fast, and building things from scratch.
