About this role
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Outdoor Sales Executive to manage and grow relationships with interior design (ID) firms. This role involves introducing our carpentry services, servicing existing ID partners, preparing quotations, coordinating project execution, and ensuring smooth delivery from fabrication to installation. The role requires close coordination with in-house carpenters, internal management, and interior designers to ensure all carpentry works are fabricated and installed according to approved drawings and agreed timelines. Key Responsibilities Sales & Client Management Develop and maintain strong working relationships with interior design firms Introduce and promote the company’s carpentry services to new and existing ID partners Act as the main point of contact for IDs on quotations, timelines, and project updates Follow up on quotations, confirmations, and payment collections Project Coordination Work closely with in-house carpenters to ensure fabrication is based on approved drawings and specifications Coordinate with internal management on production schedules and installation slots Liaise with interior designers to provide accurate updates on delivery lead times and installation dates Assist in resolving site or production issues in a timely and professional manner Administrative & Reporting Prepare and manage quotations and related documentation Track project progress and payment status Provide updates to management on ongoing and upcoming projects Requirements Fast learner with a proactive and adaptable mindset Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage people from all walks of life Comfortable working independently outdoors and coordinating across multiple stakeholders Chinese-speaking ability is an advantage (for liaison with certain clients and workers), but not mandatory Prior experience in carpentry, interior design, renovation, or construction-related sales is an advantage Remuneration Project-based remuneration (commission-based or per-project payout structure) High earning potential for self-driven individuals with strong client networks Work Arrangement Outdoor / field-based role Flexible work structure, dependent on project and client needs
